This ring strength machine is height adjustable and is ideal for training and will help with conditioning and upper body strength. This ring strength machine sits on the floor and allows the user to use the machine in comfort. The length of the machine is 2.5m, the height is 60cm at the low end and the higher end adjusts between 75cm and 1.25m. The sliding board measures 34cm wide by 70cm long and is covered with foam and PVC.
