The laser balance beam skill expander adds another progression to beam training by expanding the surface to a generous 53cm wide. This allows athletes to gain confidence as they train, providing a level of security, something that is furthered by visual cues from the numbered lines. These markers make it easy to track foot placement, spacing and body alignment. In addition to this, the balance beam feels solid underfoot, giving gymnasts a more authentic beam experience, whilst maintaining a safe, level surface, that is perfect for training and learning new skills.
The skill expander consists of two different layers of cross-linked closed cell eva foam with the firm layer on top to provide a firm but forgiving surface, making it suitable for all abilities, ranging from beginner training to competition level.
Compatible with laser beam pro or laser beam lite, one laser balance beam skill expander fits snuggly around a laser beam lite using the included block insert. Use two skill expanders for a laser beam pro.
Stitched with high-quality, long-lasting thread, a durable vinyl centre panel connects the two sides of the laser beam skill expander for a snug fit. Folds compactly when not in use allowing easy storage.
