The frame bar allows gymnasts to practice a variety of bar skills including handstand skills, uprises and several release moves. The frame bar easily attaches and detaches to the Tumbl Trak with heavy duty steel knobs (no hardware required); one end is fixed and the other floats for adjustability. It has become a "must-have" accessory to any Tumbl Trak. The frame bar can be mounted to the Tumbl Trak and Tumbl Trak Xtreme and is 2.1m long.
