The addie beam, risers and tumbling mat package comprises of a 2.4m long addie beam, a set of risers and a tumbling mat. The addie beam and tumbling mat package is a great beginner to intermediate set-up for beam training at home.
Addie beam:
The addie beam is a practical and safe home training beam that will help your athlete train and perfect beam skills. Train leaps, turns, handstands and much more using the addie beam. The addie beam features realistic synthetic suede looks and feels like a competition beam. It's 2.4m long, competition width of 10cm and is 13.5cm high. Support legs are flat, molded plastic, not steel like the competitors, and have a bevelled top edge so if little feet fall onto them, they do not get injured or hurt. It features a wood core beam with rounded top corners which, simulates the feel of the competition beam for hand and feet positions.
Leg Risers:
The addie beam leg risers are metal feet that attach to the addie beam and raise the beam 30cm off the floor. They are easy to attach and provide a sturdy and safe base for the addie beam the steel legs are covered with a soft rubber layer that protects bare feet. The solid steel legs and flat, but thick, connection plate create a solid surface that doesn't move when in use. To attach, simply remove the feet that came with your addie beam and replace it with the addie beam leg risers.
Tumbling mats:
The tumbling mats are folding panel mats and are perfect for gymnastics, cheer leading, dance, martial arts, special needs, yoga, pilates, exercise and much more. The mats are great for use at home or at the gym. The tumbling mats are among the highest-quality tumbling mats on the market today. Our tumbling gymnastic mats are made with durable 18oz vinyl as well as industry standard cross-linked polyethylene foam. Each mat is easily transported and folds into easy-to-manage sections for storage at home or at the gym. Each mat offers 60cm wide folding panels in a variety of colours with Velcro on two ends to connect mats end-to-end to create longer mats. The tumbling mats are available in two thicknesses of 3.5cm or 5cm. We recommend that the 3.5cm thick mat used on a soft surface such as carpet and the 5cm thick mat is used on hard surfaces such as wood or concrete. Our tumbling mats are also called panel mats because they fold into 60cm wide panels. The mats are firm to help your kids practice surefooted tumbling.
