Our fully built-in/stand alone resi-foam can be "supply only" or, as we specialise in the fitting of new and the refurb of existing foam pits for gymnastics/cheer leading clubs, trampoline clubs, parkour centres etc. we can help you create the perfect landing pit by installing the foam for you.
The resi-foam can be built-in or a stand alone option and is designed to ensure a safe and comfortable landing. The built-in option allows the resi-foam to be installed into our 60cm high raised pits, we design the raised pit and manufacture the resi-foam to suit the landing pit areas. The stand alone option has the resi-foam installed on the floor of the facility with the equipment raised to it on platforms.
The resi-foam is 80cm high, this means (when installed) it sits 20cm higher than our 60cm high raised pits, this section is called the up-stand. On the built-in option we design and manufacture the up-stand to be slightly larger than the base section so it sits on top the floor area of the raised pit. The 20cm foam up-stand will sit on top of the 60cm castellated foam sections and will be manufactured in one complete cover using 25kg/m3 foam and MAN600 Cape PVC (a choice of colours are available).
The 60cm base section will consist of 25kg/m3 castellated foam sections in bags with PVC (a choice of colours are available) and blue mesh on the castellated sections to allow for airflow, the castellations will consist of a 20cm base section 20cm up-stand (castellations) and 20cm top section. The 20cm foam up-stand section will be linked to the 60cm castellated foam sections using either Velcro hook and loop and/or mechanical fixings. The 60cm castellated foam sections will be manufactured in equal sizes so they are interchangeable which will extend the life of the landing area.

All our resi-foam and coverings are manufactured in the UK and meet the British Standards Fire Retardancy rating. Our resi-foam is a perfect accessory to our 60cm raised pit podiums.
