We were contacted by Peterborough College to supply and install wall padding to one of their gymnasiums:
Due to the layout of the gymnasium, the college was concerned that the walls behind the basketball hoops were a a safety risk, and in danger of causing injury. Because of this concern, we were asked to provide a thick wall padding, which would prevent anyone from hurting themselves whilst utilising the gym.
Due to the young adult demographic of the college, we opted for 5cm thickness and 2m in height. The gymnasium called upon to house many activities including football, netball, badminton etc. Because of this we had to make sure our padding would be universally purposeful.
We were able to complete the installation in one day and have since been asked to return to complete the side walls in the same type of padding.
