We specialise in the fitting of new and the refurbishment of existing foam pits for gymnastics clubs, trampoline clubs/parks, parkour centres etc. We can help you create the perfect environment by installing the padding for you or supply only so you can fit it yourselves. Our padding is the perfect finish for all our raised and sunken pits but, this can be tailor made to suit any type of existing landing pit application or environment and is available in a variety of colours.
There are two types of pit padding available, the pit wall padding and the pit top edge padding. Typically, the pit wall padding is fitted from the pit base foam layer inside the pit, continues up the vertical pit walls and meets the pit top edge padding which sits on top of the pit wall padding and continues approximately 30cm-33cm on the horizontal floor area. This can be finished with a PVC edging strip (if required) to ensure it remains secure in use and gives a smooth transition from the floor area into pit. The pit padding can be installed using Velcro or more preferably, using a contact adhesive for a more permanent bond.
The padding is available in either 3cm, 4cm or 5cm thicknesses. It features a low density closed cell cross linked polyethylene foam core which is ideal for shock absorbing. Covered and bonded with a heavy-duty smooth polyester PVC fabric with a PVC overlay. The PVC covering is available in a variety of colours to match your facility's theme or club colours, please choose a colour from the drop down menu. If you can provide us with dimensions and some photos, we can manufacture the padding to your requirements and deliver it for you to install.
