This beam is FIG approved and is ideal for training and competition use and helps build confidence and perfect skills. It features an anti-slip PU leather covering offering great grip with specially padded ends. The beam is 10cm wide by 5m long by 16cm high (International size). The rigid reinforced aluminium non-deformable beam body with 4 reinforced tubular steel legs and rubber anti-slip feet. The height can be adjusted from 90cm to 1.3m (FIG height is 1.25m) in increments of 5cm. The height adjustments can easily be achieved by unlocking the ergonomic handwheel and releasing the slide bolt allowing it to raise or lower into the desired position. Height adjustment markers can be found on the leg.
