Our most versatile, high end training bar system that we offer. With 5 separate set up options, the uses are endless - single bar, double bar, mini un-evens, p-bars or multi-use fun/wall station. The 5 in 1 bar system is big in ideas and uses for its small footprint. Each bar slides independently along the 1.8m length of the base and can be set at various distances from each other. The 5 in 1 bar system is action packed as several learners can be engaged at one time. Supportive enough to strap a wall system, add a power launch and floor bar for a full circuit workout. Each bar is adjustable in height from 1.02m to 1.49m and is stable enough for various swinging, hanging and strength skills. Quick release knobs, ergonomic hand-wheels and spin knob/foot release base adjusters make for fast changes in set up.
The heavy duty cross bars of the 5 in 1 bar system are what make this training bar so stable. They are 5cm thick, so make sure you have appropriate matting underneath. It features a tubular section powder coated steel frame which can be packed away when not in use, with heavy duty anti-slip and non-marking rubber feet provide stability and all the fixings are manufactured from stainless steel. We recommend no less than a 15cm mat. Be sure you have a safe ceiling height when using any training bar. We recommend an 2.4m high ceiling for all drills, except swinging skills which should have a 3m ceiling height.
When you purchase this product you will receive a free chalk ball which comes in a resealable bag as well as in a cotton sack to help keep the chalk contained.
