We specialise in the fitting of new and the refurbishment of existing foam pits for gymnastics clubs, trampoline clubs/parks, parkour centres etc. We can help you create the perfect environment by installing the padding for you or supply only so you can fit it yourselves. Our padding is the perfect finish for all our raised and sunken pits but, this can be tailor made to suit any type of existing landing pit application or environment and is available in a variety of sizes, thicknesses and colours.
Our round post protectors are an essential safety product and are a perfect finish. You will appreciate almost all facilities have some form of steel posts or stanchions situated within the building, these can be a problem if equipment is fitted nearby and a user could collide with them. As health and safety becomes increasingly important, adding padding to any exposed posts and/or stanchions is now of the utmost importance. If you provide us with the post or stanchion dimensions and some photos, we can work out what you need and provide you with a cost for supplying and installation or supply only so you can fit it yourselves. Typically, the post protectors are fitted to a height of either 1.8m or 2m (smaller sizes available) from the floor level and helps prevent injury if someone should collide into the post.
The round post protectors are available in a variety of widths, heights and are available in either 5cm or 7.5cm thicknesses. It features a 4.5cm or 7cm (corresponding to the thickness options) thick low density closed cell cross linked polyethylene foam core which is ideal for shock absorbing. Covered and bonded with a heavy-duty smooth polyester PVC fabric with a PVC overlay. The PVC covering is available in a variety of colours to match your facility's theme or club colours. They are also very easy to install with our Velcro hook and loop fastening system, it is as simple as wrapping them round the post and fixing the hook and loop together.
